Upon instructions from my Government, and further to my letter dated 19 July 1996, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and of the flight information region (FIR) of Nicosia by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, which were recorded on 3 August 1996.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، وإلحاقا برسالتي المؤرخة ١٩ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦، أتشرف بأن أوجه انتباهكم إلى الانتهاكات الجديدة للمجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص ولمنطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران، من جانب طائرات عسكرية تابعة للسلاح الجوي التركي التي سُجلت في ٣ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٦.

Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and of the flight information region by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, which were recorded yesterday, 14 July 1996, as follows:
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، يشرفني أن أوجه انتباهكم إلى الانتهاكات الجديدة للمجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص وﻹقليم معلومات الطيران، التي قامت بها طائرات عسكرية تابعة للسلاح الجوي التركي والتي تم تسجيلها أمس، ١٤ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦، على النحو التالي:

Upon instructions from my Government and further to our letter dated 29 July 1999, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the flight information region (FIR) of Nicosia and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded on 28 July 1999, as well as on 4, 17, 19 and 22 August 1999.
