113. On separation from service, an insured worker is entitled to a retirement pension in the following circumstances:

If, upon separation from service, a staff member has accrued compensatory time off, he or she may be paid in lieu thereof a sum of money corresponding to the net base salary for an equivalent number of hours;

11. No former staff member in receipt of a pension benefit may be re-employed at a level higher than that at which he or she separated from the Organization.

(ii) The withdrawal settlement to which he would have been entitled under article 31 of the Pension Fund Regulations, upon his separation from the service of a member organization of the Pension Fund.
