As matters of drafting concerning paragraph (1), following the decision of the Working Group at its sixtieth session that the convention should only address the application of the rules on Transparency to existing investment treaties, the words " concluded before 1 April 2014 " have been included (A/CN.9/799, paras. 83-86).

22. 1. Non-binding Guidelines on best-practice application of relevant rules of International Humanitarian Law for weapons which may cause ERW could consider, in turn, each of the rules on:
