Requests the Executive Secretary to submit to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth session, through the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, as appropriate, a final report on Financial performance in the biennium 1996-1997, including audited financial statements, and an initial report on financial performance in 1998;
٤- يطلب إلى اﻷمين التنفيذي أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته الرابعة، عن طريق الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، وحسب الاقتضاء، تقريراً نهائيا عن اﻷداء المالي في فترة السنتين ٦٩٩١-٧٩٩١، يتضمن بيانات مالية مراجعة، وتقريراً أولياً عن اﻷداء المالي في عام ٨٩٩١؛

By its decision 16/CP.3, the COP requested the Executive Secretary to submit to COP 4, through the SBI, a final report on Financial performance in the biennium 1996-1997, including audited financial statements and reports from the internal and external auditors.
١١١- طلب مؤتمر اﻷطراف من اﻷمين التنفيذي، بموجب مقرره ٦١/م أ-٣، أن يقدم إلى الدورة الرابعة لمؤتمــر اﻷطراف، عن طريق الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، تقريرا نهائيا عن اﻷداء المالي في فترة السنتين ٦٩٩١-٧٩٩١، بما في ذلك البيانات المالية المراجعة والتقارير المقدمة من المراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين.

The Conference of the Parties requested the Executive Secretary to submit to the COP at its fourth session (COP 4), through the SBI, as appropriate, a final report on Financial performance in the biennium 1996-1997, including an audited financial statement (see decision 16/CP.3, para. 4).
