ويعيد الاتحاد اﻷوروبي التأكيد بأن اتفاقية جنيف بشأن حماية المدنيين وقت الحرب تنطبق على اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة بما فيها القدس وعلى اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ ١٩٦٧.

٢ - تطالب بأن تعترف اسرائيل بالانطباق القانوني للاتفاقية المذكورة في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وفي اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧، وأن تتقيد بدقة بأحكامها؛

7. Further requests the Special Committee to continue to investigate the treatment of prisoners in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967;
٧ - تطلب كذلك إلـى اللجنـة الخاصـة أن تواصل التحقيـق فـي معاملـة السجنـاء فـي اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وفي اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧؛

The Assembly would further reaffirm the applicability of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 1949 and the Hague Regulations of 1907 to the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and all other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967.
وتؤكد الجمعية العامة من جديد أيضا انطباق اتفاقية جنيف لعام ١٩٤٩ المتعلقة بحماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين وقت الحرب وأحكام اتفاقية لاهاي لعام ١٩٠٧ على اﻷراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وسائر اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ ١٩٦٧.
