States must enact measures to eliminate discrimination, particularly against children, women, indigenous and minority populations, and must carry out their responsibilities to ensure protection for refugee and internally displaced children.
ويجب على الدول أن تتخذ تدابير للقضاء على التمييز ولا سيما ضد الطفل والمرأة والسكان اﻷصليين واﻷقليات ويجب عليها أن تضطلع بمسؤولياتها لكفالة حماية اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا.

42. Calls upon States and United Nations bodies and other organizations to ensure the early identification and registration of unaccompanied refugee and internally displaced children and to give priority to programmes for family tracing and reunification;
٢٤ - تطلب إلى الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات اﻷخرى أن تكفل تحديد اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا غير المصحوبين وتسجيلهم في وقت مبكر، وأن تعطى اﻷولوية لبرامج اقتفاء أثر اﻷسر ولمﱢ شملها؛

309. The Committee recommends that special attention be directed to refugee and internally displaced children to ensure that they have equal access to basic facilities.
٩٠٣- وتوصي اللجنة بتوجيه اهتمام خاص إلى اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا بغية ضمان وصولهم بالتساوي إلى المرافق اﻷساسية.

States and other parties to armed conflicts were called on to recognize the particular vulnerability of refugee and internally displaced children to recruitment into armed forces and to sexual violence, exploitation and abuse.
وطلب الى الدول وغيرها من اﻷطراف المشاركة في نزاعات مسلحة أن تدرك مدى تعرض اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا للتجنيد في القوات المسلحة وللعنف الجنسي، والاستغلال والاعتداء.

Inter-agency collaboration should be strengthened and the necessary steps should be taken to ensure that the issue of refugee and internally displaced children would be taken into account in the relevant policies and programmes of the United Nations system.
ودعا الى تعزيز التعاون بين الوكالات واتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لكفالة مراعاة مسألة اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا في السياسات والبرامج ذات الصلة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

953. The Committee recommends that special attention be directed to refugee and internally displaced children to ensure that they have equal access to basic facilities.
٣٥٩ - وتوصي اللجنة بتوجيه اهتمام خاص إلى اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا بغية ضمان وصولهم بالتساوي إلى المرافق اﻷساسية.

In the light of articles 2, 3 and 22 of the Convention, the Committee is concerned about the absence of a legal framework to protect refugee and internally displaced children.

٤١ - تطلب إلى الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة، اعترافا منها بما تتسم به حالة اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا من ضعف شديد، حمايــة سلامتهم واحتياجاتهم اﻹنمائيــة، بما فيها، التعليم والتأهيـــل النفسي الاجتماعي؛
