Pursuant to paragraph 53 of the 2010 report of the Conference (CD/1900), the last President of the 2010 session (Cameroon) and the first President of the 2011 session (Canada) conducted informal consultations during the intersessional period with a view to commencing early substantive work during the 2011 session of the Conference.
14- وعملاً بالفقرة 53 من تقرير المؤتمر لعام 2010 (CD/1900)، أجرى الرئيس الأخير لدورة عام 2010 (الكاميرون) والرئيس الأول لدورة عام 2011 (كندا) مشاورات غير رسمية في الفترة الفاصلة بين الدورتين بغية بدء الأعمال الفنية في وقت مبكر من دورة المؤتمر لعام 2011.

2. The six Ministers welcomed the positive momentum provided by a number of initiatives by States and their leaders and urged the Conference on Disarmament to move forward with an early commencement of substantive work in 2010.

8. If there is a purpose to the collection of works of art in the United Nations, then it should be to reflect the different styles and diverse nature of the membership of the Organization.
٨ - فإذا ما توفر الغرض في مجموعة اﻷعمال الفنية في اﻷمم المتحدة، فإنه ينبغي لهذه المجموعة أن تعكس اﻷساليب المختلفة والطابع المتنوع لعضوية المنظمة.

50. The CHAIRMAN drew the Committee's attention to an informal text of a draft resolution on managing works of art in the United Nations and said that, if he heard no objection, he would take it that the Fifth Committee wished to approve it.

9. The Secretary-General will continue to review measures to improve the management of works of art in the United Nations and intends to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-second session on any action taken in this regard.
٩ - وسيواصل اﻷمين العام استعراض التدابير الرامية الى تحسين إدارة اﻷعمال الفنية في اﻷمم المتحدة، وهو يعتزم تقديم تقرير إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين عن أي إجراء يتخذ في هذا الصدد.

Protection of the rights of authors of works of art in the Republic of Belarus is ensured in accordance with the provisions of the special section IV " Rights of authors and inventors " of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, which is the basic legislation defining the content and scope of the rights of authors, and the protection of those rights.
٢٧١- ويكفل القانون المدني لجمهورية بيلاروس بموجب الباب الرابع منه بعنوان " حقوق المؤلفين والمخترعين " حماية مبدعي اﻷعمال الفنية في جمهورية بيلاروس ويعتبر هذا القانون التشريع اﻷساسي الذي يحدد مضمون ونطاق حقوق المؤلفين ويكفل حمايتها.

China supports the proposal put forward by the delegation of the Russian Federation in document CD/1644 and calls for the earliest possible recommencement of substantive work in the Conference, in accordance with the principle that the concerns of all sides should be addressed in a comprehensive and balanced manner.
وتؤيد الصين المقترح المقدم من وفد الاتحاد الروسي في الوثيقة CD/1644 وتدعو إلى العودة في أقرب وقت ممكن إلى الأعمال الفنية في المؤتمر وفقاً للمبدأ القائل إن شواغل جميع الأطراف ينبغي تناولها بصورة شاملة ومتوازنة.

He was convinced that the resumption of substantive work within the Conference was particularly important in relation to the negotiation of a fissile material cut-off treaty.
