المتعلق بتمويل اللجنة، وطلبت الى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل تأمين الترتيبات المالية الكافية والموارد المناسبة التي تتيح للجنة أداء مهامها، كما طلبت إليه أن يدعو الدول اﻷطراف المتأخرة في الدفع الى تسديد المبالغ المتأخرة، وأن يقدم تقريرا بهذا الشأن الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين.
