In its resolution 63/269, the General Assembly approved the proposal of the Secretary-General, contained in his report on information and communications technology, disaster recovery and business continuity for the United Nations (A/63/743), to establish a new secondary data centre for United Nations Headquarters to replace the existing centre in the DC2 Building in New York.
33 - في القرار 63/269، أقرت الجمعية العامة مقترح الأمين العام الوارد في تقريره بشأن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، استعادة قدرة الأمم المتحدة على العمل بعد الكوارث وضمان استمرار العمل فيها (A/63/743) بإنشاء مركز ثانوي للبيانات لدى مقر الأمم المتحدة كي يحل محل المركز الموجود في مبنى DC-2 بنيويورك.

10. In paragraph 8 of its resolution 61/274 of 29 June 2007, the General Assembly requested ICSC to advise it on the proposal of the Secretary-General contained in his report entitled " Comprehensive proposal on appropriate incentives to retain staff of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia " .

8. As proposed by the Secretary-General in his report to the Security Council of 30 March 1995 (S/1995/240), a total of 25 teams are to be established (two identification and registration teams at each of 10 identification centres and five mobile teams) for the identification and registration of eligible voters within a reasonable time.
٨ - ووفقا لاقتراح اﻷمين العام الوارد في تقريره المقدم إلى مجلس اﻷمن بتاريخ ٠٣ آذار/مارس ٥٩٩١ (S/1995/240)، سيتم إنشاء ما مجموعه ٥٢ فريقا )فريقان لتحديد الهوية وفريقان للتسجيل في كل من المراكز العشرة لتحديد الهوية وخمسة أفرقة متنقلة( لتحديد هوية الناخبين المحتملين وتسجيلهم ضمن فترة زمنية معقولة.

16. Her delegation supported the proposal made by the Secretary-General in his report (A/49/217-E/1994/103) to merge the International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women and the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM).
١٦ - وأعربت عن تأييد وفد قيرغيزستان لاقتراح اﻷمين العام الوارد في تقريره )A/49/217-E/1994/103( بشأن إدماج معهد اﻷمم المتحدة الدولي للبحث والتدريب من أجل النهوض بالمرأة مع صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي للمرأة.

51. Finally, he drew attention to the statement by the Secretary-General in his report on the work of the Organization (A/50/1, para. 22), that no reform effort could succeed without addressing the basic issue of providing the Organization with a more adequate and reliable financial base.
٥١ - وختاما، وجه الانتباه إلى بيان اﻷمين العام الوارد في تقريره عن أعمال المنظمة )A/50/1، الفقرة ٢٢( والذي أكد أن أي جهد إصلاحي لن ينجح ما لم تعالج المسألة اﻷساسية المتمثلة في تزويد المنظمة بقاعدة مالية أكثر كفاية ويمكن التعويل عليها.

In the same resolution, the General Assembly took note of the emphasis placed by the Secretary-General in his report to the General Assembly at its forty-seventh session (A/47/595) on the need to develop the capacity of the United Nations for early warning and preventive diplomacy to help deter humanitarian crises.
٢ - وفي القرار نفسه، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بتأكيد اﻷمين العام الوارد في تقريره إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين (A/47/595) على الحاجة إلى تطوير قدرة اﻷمم المتحدة على اﻹنذار المبكر والدبلوماسية الوقائية للمساعدة على منع حدوث اﻷزمات اﻹنسانية.

33.1 Pursuant to the proposal of the Secretary-General in his report entitled “Renewing the United Nations: a programme for reform” (A/51/950), the General Assembly, by its resolution 52/12 B of 19 December 1997, decided, inter alia, to establish a development account in the programme budget for the biennium 1998–1999.

33.1 Pursuant to the proposal of the Secretary-General in his report entitled “Renewing the United Nations: a programme for reform” (A/51/950), the General Assembly, by its resolution 52/12 B of 19 December 1997, decided, inter alia, to establish a development account in the programme budget for the biennium 1998–1999.

9. Endorses the proposal of the Secretary-General in his report on additional expenditures A/C.5/51/57, para. 6. and the related recommendations of the Advisory Committee in its report, A/52/7/Add.2, para. 7. that provision should be made in the budget outline for expenditures for special political missions related to peace and security expected to be extended or approved during the course of the biennium;

77. As indicated above, the General Assembly, in its resolution 63/269, approved the proposal of the Secretary-General contained in his report on ICT disaster recovery and business continuity for United Nations (A/63/743), to establish a new secondary data centre for United Nations Headquarters in New York to replace the existing secondary data centre in the DC2 Building.
77 - على النحو المشار إليه أعلاه، وافقت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 63/269 على اقتراح الأمين العام الوارد في تقريره عن استعادة القدرة على العمل بعد الكوارث واستمرارية تصريف الأعمال في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في الأمم المتحدة (A/63/743)، بشأن إنشاء مركز بيانات ثانوي جديد في نيويورك لمقر الأمم المتحدة ليحل محل مركز البيانات الثانوي الحالي في مبنى DC2.

Subsequently, pursuant to the request of the Secretary-General contained in his report on supplementary estimates for UNOCI (A/66/529), the Assembly, in its resolution 66/242 B, appropriated an additional amount of $159,235,000 gross, for a total appropriation of $645,961,400 gross ($634,457,100 net) for the maintenance of UNOCI for the period from 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012.
