• legal process in respect

(a) immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written, and all acts performed by them in the exercise of their functions, except to the extent that the member which they represent expressly waives this immunity in a particular case;
)أ( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من كلمات منطوقة أو مكتوبة وبكل ما يأتونه من أعمال عند ممارسة وظائفهم، إلا بقدر تنازل العضو الذي يمثلونه، تنازلا صريحا، عن هذه الحصانة في قضية بعينها؛

(a) be immune from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity;
)أ( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من كلمات منطوقة أو مكتوبة وبكل ما يأتونه من أعمال بصفتهم الرسمية؛

4. In order to secure, for Members of the Tribunal, complete freedom of speech and independence in the discharge of their functions, the immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts done by them while discharging their functions shall continue to be accorded, notwithstanding that the persons concerned are no longer Members of the Tribunal or performing those functions.
٤ - تأمينا لحرية الكلام والاستقلال الكاملين ﻷعضاء المحكمة لدى أداء وظائفهم، يستمر منحهم الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقــوال منطوقــة ومكتوبة وجميع ما يقومون به من أفعــال في أدائهم لوظائفهم، حتى وإن لم يعد اﻷشخاص المعنيون أعضاء في المحكمـة أو يـؤدون تلك الوظائف.

4. In order to secure, for the Members, complete freedom of speech and independence in the discharge of their duties, the immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts done by them in discharging their duties shall continue to be accorded, notwithstanding that the persons concerned are no longer performing those functions.
٤ - من أجـل تأميـن حريـة التعبيـر الكاملـة والاستقلال الكامل ﻷعضـاء المحكمـة لـدى أداء واجباتهـم، يستمــر تمتعهـم بالحصانــة مـن اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من كلمات منطوقة أو مكتوبة وجميع ما يصدر عنهم من أفعال لدى أدائهم لواجباتهم، حتى إذا لم يعد اﻷشخاص المعنيون يؤدون تلك الوظائف.

(c) immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts done by them while discharging their functions, which immunity shall continue even after they have ceased to exercise their functions;
)ج( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة أو مكتوبة وجميع ما يقومون به من أفعال أثناء أدائهم وظائفهم، وتستمر هذه الحصانة حتى بعد توقفهم عن ممارسة وظائفهم؛

(c) immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and acts done by them while discharging their functions, which immunity shall continue even after they have ceased to exercise their functions;
)ج( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة أو مكتوبة وما يقومون به من أفعال أثناء أدائهم وظائفهم، وتستمر هذه الحصانة حتى بعد توقفهم عن ممارسة وظائفهم؛

(b) Article V, section 18 (a) and article VI, section 19 (a): staff members “shall be immune from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity”;
)ب( البند ٨١)أ( من المادة الخامسة والبند ٩١)أ( من المادة السادسة: يتمتع الموظفون " بالحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بأي كلام صدر شفوياً أو كتابياً وبكل ما يؤدونه من أعمال بصفتهم الرسمية " ؛
