(ii) A request by a witness or by a victim or his or her legal representative participating in the proceedings pursuant to rules X to XX shall be served on both the Prosecutor and the defence, each of whom shall have the opportunity to respond;

(a) Without prejudice to the rights of an accused under article 67, a Chamber may, at the request of the Prosecutor, the defence or victims or their legal representatives when they participate in the proceedings pursuant to rules (x) to (xx), admit as evidence:

)ب( ومع الخضوع ﻷية قيود تتعلق بالخصوصية، يجوز الرجوع للسجلات من قبل المدعي العام والدفاع وممثلي الدول، لدى المشاركة في اﻹجراءات، وكذلك المجني عليهم أو ممثليهم القانونيين، لدى المشاركة في اﻹجراءات عملا بالقواعد )س( إلى )ص(.

This hearing can be postponed, in exceptional circumstances, by the Trial Chamber, on its own motion or at the request of the Prosecutor or the Defence and, if applicable, at the request of the victims or their legal representatives when they participate in the proceedings pursuant to rules (x) to (xx).
ويمكن للدائرة إرجاء تلك الجلسة، في ظروف استثنائية بطلب منها، أو من المدعي العام أو الدفاع، أو بطلب من المجني عليهم أو ممثليهم القانونيين عند انطباق ذلك لدى المشاركة في اﻹجراءات عملا بالقواعد )س( إلى )ص(.
