The Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women are important contributions to the advancement of women worldwide and must be translated into effective action by all States, the United Nations system and other organizations concerned as well as non-governmental organizations.
٣٢١ - إن اﻹعلان ومنهاج العمل اللذين اعتمدا في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة يمثلان مساهمة هامة في النهوض بالمرأة في جميع أنحاء العالم ويجب أن تترجمها جميع الدول ومنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، والمنظمات اﻷخرى المعنية وكذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية إلى تدابير فعالة.

٦٥ - إن اﻹعلان ومنهاج العمل اللذين اعتُمدا في المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة يمثلان مساهمة هامة في النهوض بالمرأة في جميع أنحاء العالم ويجب أن تترجمهما جميع الدول ومنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، والمنظمات اﻷخرى المعنية، وكذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية إلى تدابير فعالة.

In particular, we have paid special attention to the problems reflected in the Declaration and Platform for Action adopted by the Beijing Conference on Women and in the Programme of Action adopted by the World Social Summit in Copenhagen.
