٦٣ - ومع عولمة الاقتصاد العالمي، أعرب عن قلق متزايد إزاء التأثير السلبي الذي ستتعرض له حقوق اﻹنسان والذي سيترتب على التوسيع العالمي النطاق للقواعد المتعلقة بالسوق وعلى اﻷبعاد الاجتماعية لتحرير التجارة.

The views of countries which were not Member States at the time of the adoption of the Universal Declaration must be heard. His delegation was encouraged by the statements made by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights that the Universal Declaration was a living document.

١- يأذن للفريق العامل بين الدورات المفتوح العضوية التابع للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان والذي أنشئ وفقاً لقرار اللجنة ٥٩٩١/٢٣ المؤرخ في ٣ آذار/مارس ٥٩٩١ بأن يجتمع لمدة عشرة أيام عمل قبل الدورة الخامسة والخمسين للجنة على أن تُغطﱠى تكاليف الاجتماع من الموارد القائمة؛

٧٣ - ومنذ ١٠ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦، أصبح موقع " ويب " على شبكة " انترنت " ، التابع لمفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان والذي يرتبط بسائر مواقع " ويب " ذات الصلة التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة، وسيلة هامة لها شأنها فيما يتصل بنشر معلومات شاملة عن حقوق اﻹنسان بشكل سريع.
