23. Since the Government's last report the following acts and regulations concerning the provisions of the article have been adopted:

It therefore urges States parties to withdraw their reservations to article 4 of the Convention and to enact legislation so as to comply fully with the provisions of this Article.

(1) The procuring entity may award one or more procurement contracts under the framework agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement, subject to the provisions of this Article.

(1) An interim measure issued by an arbitral tribunal shall be recognized as binding and, unless otherwise provided by the arbitral tribunal, enforced upon application to the competent court, irrespective of the country in which it was issued, subject to the provisions of this Article.*
