In view of this, it does not seem to the Court that the use of nuclear weapons can be regarded as specifically prohibited on the basis of the above-mentioned provisions of the Second Hague Declaration of 1899, the Regulations annexed to the Hague Convention IV of 1907 or the 1925 Protocol (see paragraph 54 above).

11. The establishment of the settlements is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law as set forth in the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (Fourth Geneva Convention) and the Regulations annexed to the Hague Convention IV of 1907.
11 - ويشكِّل إنشاء المستوطنات انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الإنساني الدولي على نحو ما تقضي به اتفاقية جنيف المتصلة بحماية الأشخاص المدنيين في زمن الحرب (اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة) والقواعد المرفقة باتفاقية لاهاي الرابعة لعام 1907.
