Noting with satisfaction that the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, on the basis of the deliberations of its Legal Subcommittee, has endorsed the text of the draft principles relating to Remote Sensing of the Earth from space,
وإذ تلاحظ مع الارتياح أن لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية، استنادا إلى مداولات اللجنة الفرعية القانونية التابعة لها، قد أقرّت نص مشروع المبادئ المتعلقة باستشعار الأرض عن بعد من الفضاء،

(d) Analysis of current remote sensing practices within the framework of the Principles Relating to Remote Sensing of the Earth from Outer Space, proposed by Brazil;
(د) تحليل الممارسات الراهنة في مجال الاستشعار عن بعد في إطار المبادئ المتعلقة باستشعار الأرض عن بعد من الفضاء الخارجي، اقتراح مقدّم من البرازيل؛

57. Turning to the issue of remote sensing, he said that the Principles Relating to Remote Sensing of the Earth from Space, adopted by the General Assembly in its resolution 41/65 of 3 December 1986, set out guidelines for remote sensing and provided safeguards against the abuse of remote sensing to the detriment of the interests of other States.
57 - وانتقل إلى الحديث عن مسألة الاستشعار عن بعد فقال إن المبادئ المتصلة باستشعار الأرض عن بعد من الفضاء التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في قرارها 41/65 المؤرخ 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986 وضعت مبادئ توجيهية للاستشعار عن بعد ووفرت ضمانات ضد إساءة استعمال الاستشعار عن بعد للإضرار بمصالح الدول الأخرى.

Having considered the report of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space on the work of its twenty-ninth session and the text of the draft principles relating to Remote Sensing of the Earth from space, annexed thereto,
وإذ نظرت في تقرير لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية عن أعمال دورتها التاسعة والعشرين،() وفي نص مشروع المبادئ المتعلقة باستشعار الأرض عن بعد من الفضاء المرفق به،

The view was expressed that all States should have equal access to remote sensing technology and the data produced by remote sensing technology, at a reasonable cost or at no cost, in accordance with the Principles Relating to Remote Sensing of the Earth from Outer Space.
79- ورئي أنَّه ينبغي أنْ تستفيد جميع الدول على قدم المساواة وبتكلفة معقولة أو بالمجان من تكنولوجيات الاستشعار عن بُعد والبيانات التي تنتجها هذه التكنولوجيات؛ وذلك وفقاً للمبادئ المتصلة باستشعار الأرض عن بعد من الفضاء الخارجي.
