وبعد أن قام الأمين التنفيذي باستعراض دقيق لكافة جوانب هذا الطلب خلص إلى عدم ضرورة إدخال أية تصويب على مقرر مجلس الإدارة 81، وعدم وجود مبرر لاتخاذ إجراء عملاً بالمادة 41 من القواعد في ما يخص المطالبة المعنية؛
