It was noted that, although the draft Guide was presented in the form of amendments to the already existing Guide to Enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Procurement of Goods and Construction, the actual intention was not to make amendments to that Guide but to prepare a second document, without disturbing the existing Guide to Enactment.
