8.3 Concerning the merits of the complaint and the reasons for the deportation, the State party considers the complaint to be unfounded for the following reasons.
8-3 وفيما يتعلق بالأسس الموضوعية للشكوى وأسباب الترحيل، ترى الدولة الطرف أن الشكوى لا تقوم على أساس، وذلك للأسباب التالية.

In pronouncing on admissibility, however, the Committee did not take any stand on the merits of the complaint, nor on the establishment by the complainant, beyond reasonable doubt, of the facts he invoked, since they could only be evaluated in the context of the decision on the merits of the complaint.
غير أن اللجنة، عندما أصدرت قرارها بشأن المقبولية، لم تتبنَّ أي موقف بشأن الأسس الموضوعية للشكوى، ولا بشأن إثبات صاحب الشكوى، دون أي شك معقول، للوقائع التي يستند إليها، بالنظر إلى أنه لا يمكن تقييمها إلا في سياق القرار المتعلق بالأسس الموضوعية للشكوى.
