In the case of overlap with the Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities Held with an Intermediary, general methods for resolving conflicts between conventions are applicable.
أما في حالة التداخل مع الاتفاقية الخاصة بالقانون المنطبق على بعض الحقوق المتعلقة بالأوراق المالية الموجودة في حوزة وسيط، فتنطبق عليها الأساليب العامة لتسوية حالات التنازع بين الاتفاقيات.

It was also observed that the Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities Held with an Intermediary, prepared by the Hague Conference, could provide a useful precedent of such an approach.
وأشير إلى أن الاتفاقية الخاصة بالقانون المنطبق على بعض الحقوق المتعلقة بالأوراق المالية الموجودة في حوزة وسيط والتي أعدها مؤتمر لاهاي يمكن أن توفر سابقة مفيدة لنهج من هذا القبيل.

The law should also specify that, if the applicable law is not determined pursuant to the preceding two sentences, the applicable law is to be determined pursuant to fallback rules based on article 5 of the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities Held with an Intermediary.

26. A commercial edition of the Explanatory Report on the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities Held with an Intermediary (Hague Securities Convention) was published in 2005.
26 - نُشرت في عام 2005 طبعة تجارية للتقرير الإيضاحي عن اتفاقية لاهاي بشأن القانون الذي ينطبق على بعض الحقوق المتعلقة بالأوراق المالية الموجودة في حوزة وسيط (اتفاقية لاهاي للأوراق المالية).

The United Nations Assignment Convention and the Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities Held with an Intermediary, adopted by the Hague Conference on Private International Law in December 2002, were mentioned as successful examples of such a joint commercial and conflict of laws approach.
وذُكرت اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لإحالة المستحقات والاتفاقية الخاصة بالقانون المنطبق على بعض الحقوق المتعلقة بالأوراق المالية الموجودة في حوزة وسيط، التي اعتمدها مؤتمر لاهاي للقانون الخاص في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002، كأمثلة ناجحة على مثل هذا النهج الجامع بين السياق التجاري وتنازع القوانين.

This is one of the goals achieved in respect of receivables by the United Nations Assignment Convention and in respect of indirectly held securities by the Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in respect of Securities Held with an Intermediary, adopted by the Hague Conference on Private International Law in December 2002 (hereinafter the " Hague Securities Convention " ).
