(a) All States to report to the Secretary-General, in a concise and expeditious manner and in accordance with the guidelines prepared by the Secretary-General, serious violations of the protection, security and safety of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives as well as missions and representatives with diplomatic status to international intergovernmental organizations;
(أ) جميع الدول على إبلاغ الأمين العام، بشكل موجز وعاجل ووفق المبادئ التوجيهية التي أعدها الأمين العام، بالانتهاكات الخطيرة لحماية وأمن وسلامة البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين، وكذلك البعثات والممثلين ذوي المركز الدبلوماسي المعتمدين لدى المنظمات الحكومية الدولية؛

(a) All States to report to the Secretary-General, in a concise and expeditious manner and in accordance with the guidelines prepared by the Secretary-General, serious violations of the protection, security and safety of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives as well as missions and representatives with diplomatic status to international intergovernmental organizations;
(أ) جميع الدول على إبلاغ الأمين العام، بشكل موجز وعاجل ووفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية التي أعدها الأمين العام( )، بالانتهاكات الخطيرة لحماية وأمن وسلامة البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين والبعثات والممثلين ذوي المركز الدبلوماسي لدى المنظمات الحكومية الدولية؛

2. By a note dated 12 December 2002, the Secretary-General drew the attention of States to the request contained in paragraph 10 (a) of General Assembly resolution 57/15 and invited them to report to the Secretary-General serious violations of the protection, security and safety of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives.
2 - وبمذكرة مؤرخة 12 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2002، وجه الأمين العام انتباه الدول الأعضاء إلى الطلب الوارد في الفقرة 10 (أ) من قرار الجمعية العامة 57/15، ودعاها إلى إبلاغ الأمين العام بالانتهاكات الخطيرة لحماية أمن وسلامة البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين.

(a) All States to report to the Secretary-General as promptly as possible serious violations of the protection, security and safety of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives as well as missions and representatives with diplomatic status to international intergovernmental organizations;
(أ) جميع الدول إبلاغ الأمين العام بأسرع ما يمكن بالانتهاكات الخطيرة لحماية وأمن وسلامة البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين، وكذلك البعثات والممثلين ذوي المركز الدبلوماسي لدى المنظمات الحكومية الدولية؛

2. By notes dated 15 December 2006 and 29 February 2008, the Secretary-General drew the attention of States to the request contained in paragraph 10 (a) of resolution 61/31 and invited them to report to the Secretary-General serious violations of the protection, security and safety of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives.
2 - وفي مذكرتين مؤرختين 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 و 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، وجه الأمين العام انتباه الدول إلى الطلب الوارد في الفقرة 10 (أ) من قرار الجمعية العامة 61/31، ودعاها إلى إبلاغ الأمين العام بالانتهاكات الخطيرة لحماية وأمن وسلامة البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين.
