Article 33 of that Protocol further provides that " as soon as circumstances permit ... each party to the conflict shall search for the persons who have been reported missing by an adverse Party " .
وتنص المادة 33 من البروتوكول المذكور كذلك على أنه " يجب على كل طرف في نزاع، حالما تسمح الظروف بذلك، أن يقوم بالبحث عن الأشخاص الذين أبلغ الخصم عن فقدهم " .

Furthermore, the Geneva Conventions all contain a provision obliging the High Contracting Parties to search for persons alleged to have committed, or to have ordered to be committed, such grave breaches, and to bring such persons, regardless of their nationality, before its own courts.
