15. While noting the legal and administrative measures undertaken by the State party to combat gender-based violence and violence against children, the Committee remains concerned about the prevalence of violence against women and girls (see concluding observations of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, CEDAW/C/SVN/CO/4, para. 23).

1.10 The subparagraph asks for information to be submitted to the Counter-Terrorism Committee on the legal and administrative measures that are in force in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to assist requesting States in criminal investigations and judicial proceedings as required under paragraph 2 (f) of the resolution.
