In recognizing the critical linkage between disaster management and sustainable development, the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Response Agency (CDERA), now the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), spearheaded the adoption of the Strategy and Results Framework for Comprehensive Disaster Management (CDM) in the Caribbean framework in 2001 in collaboration with stakeholders.

(ب) اتخاذ ما يلزم من التدابير التشريعية أو غيرها من التدابير وإنفاذها بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية لمنع توزيع المواد الإباحية التي يستغل فيها الأطفال على الإنترنت وفي جميع وسائط الإعلام الأخرى وضمان وجود آليات وافية تمكن من الإبلاغ عن هذه المواد وحذفها ومقاضاة معدّيها وموزعيها وجامعيها، حسب الاقتضاء؛
