1. Welcomes progress made by Governments in the establishment of regional and subregional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights as well as their achievements in all regions of the world;
1- يرحب بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومات فيما يتعلق بوضع ترتيبات إقليمية ودون إقليمية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، وبما أنجزته في جميع مناطق العالم؛

1. Welcomes progress made by Governments in the establishment of regional and subregional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights as well as their achievements in all regions of the world;
1- يرحب بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومات فيما يتعلق بوضع ترتيبات إقليمية ودون إقليمية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان وبما أنجزته في جميع مناطق العالم؛

2. Also welcomes the progress made by Governments in the establishment of regional and subregional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights, and their achievements in all regions of the world;

٨ - ترحب بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومات حتى اﻵن في الوفاء بالتزامها بأن تضع، بحلول عام ١٩٩٦، استراتيجيات أو خطط عمل شاملة من أجل التنفيذ، بما في ذلك تعيين أهداف محددة زمنيا ومؤشرات للرصد، وتحث جميع الحكومات التي لم تفعل ذلك بعد بأن تبذل جهودا في هذا الصدد بغية تنفيذ منهاج العمل تنفيذا تاما؛

٨ - ترحب بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومات حتى اﻵن في الوفاء بالتزامها بأن تضع، بحلول عام ١٩٩٦، استراتيجيات أو خطط عمل شاملة من أجل التنفيذ، بما في ذلك تعيين أهداف محددة زمنيا ومؤشرات للرصد، وتحث جميع الحكومات التي لم تفعل ذلك بعد بأن تبذل جهودا في هذا الصدد بغية تنفيذ منهاج العمل تنفيذا تاما؛

83. The Representative welcomes the progress made by Governments and the international community in strengthening the protection and assistance available to displaced persons, who, as a result of their situation of displacement, have specific needs that are different from those of the non-displaced population.
83 - ويرحب الممثل بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومات والمجتمع الدولي في سبيل تعزيز الحماية والمساعدة المقدمتين للأشخاص المشردين، الذين تختلف احتياجاتهم الخاصة بحكم حالة التشرد عن احتياجات السكان غير المشردين.

49. The General Assembly, in its resolution 51/69 of 12 December 1996, welcomed the progress made by Governments in developing comprehensive implementation strategies or plans of action, including time-bound targets and benchmarks for monitoring. It also urged all Governments that have not yet done so to undertake efforts in that regard in order to fully implement the Platform.
٩٤ - وفي قرار الجمعية العامة ٥١/٦٩ المؤرخ ١٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٦، رحبت الجمعية العامة بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومات في وضع استراتيجيات أو خطط عمل تنفيذية شاملة تتضمن أهدافا محددة زمنيا ومقاييس للرصد، وحثت جميع الحكومات التي لم تفعل ذلك على بذل الجهود اللازمة في هذا الشأن توخيا للتنفيذ الكامل للمنهاج.
