The Law aims to create conditions for the enjoyment of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, and the protection of public order and public safety when such events are carried out in public spaces.
ويهدف هذا القانون إلى تهيئة الأوضاع الملائمة للتمتع بالحقوق والحريات الدستورية للمواطنين ولحماية النظام العام والسلامة العامة أثناء تنظيم هذه التجمّعات في الأماكن العامة.
