12. Calls upon States parties to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights to fulfil their obligations under article 2, paragraph 1, and article 11, paragraph 2 thereof, in particular with regard to the right to adequate food;

75. For States parties to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in this category -- that is, the majority -- this prohibition applies irrespective of whether the requesting State complies with international standards in its use of the death penalty.
75 - وفيما يتعلق بالدول الأطراف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية التي تنتمي إلى هذه الفئة - وهي الأغلبية - ينطبق هذا الحظر بغض النظر عما إذا كانت الدولة الطالبة تمتثل للمعايير الدولية في تطبيقها لعقوبة الإعدام.

16. Calls upon States parties to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights to fulfil their obligations under article 2, paragraph 1 and article 11, paragraph 2 thereof, in particular with regard to the right to adequate food;
16- يهيب بالدول الأطراف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 2 والفقرة 2 من المادة 11 من العهد، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بالحق في الغذاء الكافي؛

Expresses concern about the use of the Internet to propagate racism, racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance, and in this regard calls upon States parties to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights to implement fully articles 19 and 20 of the Covenant, which guarantee the right to freedom of expression and outline grounds on which the exercise of this right can be legitimately restricted;
" 23 - تعرب عن القلق إزاء استخدام الإنترنت للترويج للعنصرية والكراهية العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب والتمييز العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وتهيب في هذا الصدد بالدول الأطراف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية أن تنفذ بالكامل المادتين 19 و 20 من العهد اللتين تضمنان الحق في حرية التعبير وتبينان الأسس التي يمكن الاستناد إليها في تقييد ممارسة هذا الحق بطريقة مشروعة؛

23.
