4. The provisions laid out in the Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All migrant workers and members of their families do not differ from the laws established for Andorran nationals, since the Convention applies to legally residing workers.
4- لا تختلف الأحكام المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم عن القوانين التي وُضعت لمواطني أندورا لأن هذه النصوص تتناول العمال المقيمين بصورة قانونية.

2. Concerning migrant workers and members of their families in a regular situation, States Parties concerned shall cooperate as appropriate, on terms agreed upon by those States, with a view to promoting adequate economic conditions for their resettlement and to facilitating their durable social and cultural reintegration in the State of origin.
2- فيما يتعلق بالعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الذين هم في وضع نظامي، تتعاون الدول الأطراف المعنية، حسب الاقتضاء، بشروط تتفق عليها تلك الدول، بغية العمل على إيجاد أحوال اقتصادية مناسبة لاستقرارهم من جديد وعلي تسهيل إعادة إدماجهم إدماجاً اجتماعياً وثقافياً دائماً في دولة المنشأ.
