وإذ تشدد على ضرورة التقيد الدقيق بالقرارات والقواعد التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية لمختلف أجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة وهيئاتها،

وإذ تؤكد ضرورة التقيد على نحو صارم بالقرارات والقواعد التي تحدد الترتيبات الخاصة باللغات لمختلف هيئات الأمم المتحدة وأجهزتها،

1. Emphasizes the need for strict compliance with the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the different bodies and organs of the United Nations;
١ - تؤكد الحاجة الى الالتزام الدقيق بالقرارات والقواعد المنشئة للترتيبات اللغوية بالنسبة لمختلف هيئات وأجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة؛

1. Recalls the importance of strict observance of the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the different bodies and organs of the United Nations, in particular General Assembly resolutions 50/11 and 50/206;
١ - يشير إلى ضرورة التقيد الصارم بالقرارات والقواعد التي تحدد ترتيبات اللغات بالنسبة لمختلف هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة وأجهزتها، ولا سيما قراري الجمعية العامة ٥٠/١١ و ٥٠/٢٠٦؛

١ - يشير إلى أهمية التقيد بدقة بالقرارات والقواعد المنشئة لترتيبات خاصة باللغات لمختلف هيئات وأجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة، ولا سيما قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/١١؛

2. Recalls the importance of strict observance of the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the different bodies and organs of the United Nations, in particular General Assembly resolution 50/11;
٢ - يشير الى أهمية الالتزام الدقيق بالقرارات والقواعد المنشئة لترتيبات اللغات لمختلف هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة وأجهزتها، وبخاصة قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/١١؛

4. The Rio Group welcomed the fact that the Committee had recalled the principle of the equality of the official languages and emphasized the need for strict compliance with the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the different organs of the United Nations.
٤ - وأضاف أن مجموعة ريو ترحب بقيام اللجنة بالتذكير بمبدأ المساواة بين اللغات الرسمية وبإبراز ضرورة التقيد الصارم بالقرارات والقواعد التي تحكم استعمال اللغات في مختلف هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة.

(a) To ensure that the proper mix of permanent, temporary and contractual staff and adequate technological resources are available so that documentation produced in all six official languages is of high quality and is issued in a timely fashion, in strict observance of the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the various bodies and organs of the United Nations;
)أ( ضمان أن تتاح التشكيلة الملائمة من الموظفين الدائمين والمؤقتين والتعاقديين والموارد التكنولوجية الكافية بحيث تتسم بالجودة الوثائق الصادرة بجميع اللغات الرسمية الست وتصدر في وقتها المرسوم مع التقيد الصارم بالقرارات والقواعد التي تنشئ ترتيبات اللغات لمختلف هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة وأجهزتها؛

(a) To ensure that an appropriate mix of permanent, temporary and contractual staff and adequate technological resources are available so that documentation produced is of high quality and is issued in a timely fashion, in strict observance of the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the various bodies and organs of the United Nations;
)أ( ضمان أن يتاح مزيج ملائم من الموظفين الدائمين والمؤقتين والتعاقديين والموارد التكنولوجية الكافية لكي تتسم الوثائق الصادرة بالجودة وتصدر في وقتها المرسوم، مع التقيد الدقيق بالقرارات والقواعد المنشئة للترتيبات اللغوية لمختلف هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة وأجهزتها؛
