Pursuant to Economic and Social Council resolution 1997/30, the Secretary-General established a coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice to ensure a coordinated approach and to strengthen technical cooperation in the field of juvenile justice within the United Nations system.
51- عملا بما جاء في قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 1997/30 997، أنشأ الأمين العام فريقا للتنسيق معنيا بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء الأحداث لضمان اتخاذ نهج منسق ولتعزيز التعاون التقني في ميدان قضاء الأحداث داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة.

The project was developed in close cooperation with the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice, which, in view of the very promising interim results, is considering making it the basis for the formulation of guidelines for the development and implementation of juvenile justice.

Several participants welcomed the plan of action for the implementation of the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power and the establishment of a coordination panel for technical advice and assistance on victim issues.
٣٧ - ورحب عدة مشاركين بخطة العمل المتعلقة بتنفيذ اعلان المبادىء اﻷساسية للعدالة لضحايا الاجرام والتعسف في استعمال السلطة وبانشاء الفريق التنسيقي المعني بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنية بشأن مسائل الضحايا .

The Economic and Social Council, in its resolution 1999/28 of 28 July 1999, requested the Secretariat to report on the administration of juvenile justice as well as on the activities of the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice.
49- طلب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في قراره 1999/28 المؤرخ 28 تموز/يوليه 1999 إلى الأمانة العامة أن تعد تقريرا عن ادارة شؤون قضاء الأحداث وكذلك عن أنشطة فريق التنسيق المعني بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء الأحداث.

Many participants welcomed the establishment of the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice and expressed the hope that the capacity of the United Nations to provide technical assistance in juvenile justice would be enhanced.
٧٧ - ورحب العديد من المشاركين بانشاء الفريق التنسيقي المعني بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء اﻷحداث ، وأعربوا عن أملهم في أن تتعزز قدرة اﻷمم المتحدة على تقديم المساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء اﻷحداث .

In its resolution 1998/21, section II, the Economic and Social Council welcomed the increased number of technical assistance projects in the field of juvenile justice, as well as the establishment of a coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice to coordinate United Nations activities in the field of juvenile justice.
وفي قراره ٨٩٩١/١٢ ، الفرع ثانيا ، رحب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بازدياد عدد مشاريع المساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء اﻷحداث ، وكذلك بانشاء فريق تنسيقي معني بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنية في مجال قضاء اﻷحداث ، ليتولى تنسيق أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة في ميدان قضاء اﻷحداث .

The Committee recommends that juvenile courts be established at all prefectures and that the State party seek international assistance in the area of juvenile justice from, among others, OHCHR, the Centre for International Crime Prevention, UNICEF and the International Network on Juvenile Justice, through the Coordination Panel on technical advice and assistance on Juvenile Justice.
