11. In accordance with decisions taken at its 1429th and 1434th meetings, on 15 February and 12 July 1994, respectively, the Special Committee recommends to the General Assembly the adoption of the following draft decision:
١١ - عملا بالمقررين اللذين اتخذتهما اللجنة الخاصة في جلستيها ١٤٢٩ و ١٤٣٤ المعقودتين في ١٥ شباط/فبراير و ١٢ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤ على التوالي، توصي اللجنة الخاصة الجمعية العامة باعتماد مشروع المقرر التالي:

To approve the following destruction technologies for the purposes of paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Protocol, in addition to the technologies listed in annex VI to the report of the Fourth Meeting and modified by decisions V/26 and VII/35:

This project began on 1 March 2003 to provide support to the intergovernmental process relating to capacity-building and to facilitate the implementation of the secretariat-mandated activities contained in the frameworks annexed to decisions 2/CP.7 and 3/CP.7.
بدأ هذا المشروع في 1 آذار/مارس 2003 لدعم العملية الحكومية الدولية المتعلقة ببناء القدرات من أجل تيسير تنفيذ الأنشطة التي كُلفت بها الأمانة والتي ترد في الإطارين المرفقين بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و3/م أ-7.

This project began on 1 March 2003 to provide support to the intergovernmental process relating to capacity-building and to facilitate the implementation of the mandated activities contained in the frameworks annexed to decisions 2/CP.7 and 3/CP.7.
بدأ هذا المشروع في 1 آذار/مارس 2003 لدعم العملية الحكومية الدولية المتعلقة ببناء القدرات من أجل تيسير تنفيذ الأنشطة التي كُلفت بها الأمانة والتي ترد في الإطارين المرفقين بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و3/م أ-7.

1. Decides that the following additional steps will be taken annually to regularly monitor the implementation of the capacity-building framework pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7 and 2/CP.10:
1- يقرر اتخاذ الخطوات الإضافية التالية سنوياً من أجل رصد منتظم لتنفيذ إطار بناء القدرات عملاً بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و2/م أ-10:

By the same decision, the COP decided on the steps to be taken annually in the monitoring, and included an invitation to Parties to submit information on activities they have undertaken pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7 and 2/CP.10.
وبت مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب المقرر نفسه، في الخطوات الواجب اتخاذها سنوياً في مجال الرصد، وأدرج دعوة للأطراف لكي تقدم معلومات عن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها عملاً بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و2/م أ-10.

The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 4/CP.12, decided on the steps to be taken annually to regularly monitor the implementation of the capacity-building framework pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7 and 2/CP.10.
1- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 4/م أ-12، اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة سنوياًً من أجل رصد تنفيذ إطار بناء القدرات بصورة منتظمة عملاً بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و2/م أ-10.

By endorsing the recommendation of the Commission on Human Rights concerning country special rapporteurs, the Council had endowed the rapporteurs with a full mandate.
وقد أصدر المجلس بتأييده لتوصية لجنة حقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالمقررين الخاصين القطريين، ولاية كاملة للمقررين.

The Special Representative has maintained contacts with relevant special rapporteurs and the chairpersons of the various working groups.
وظل الممثل الخاص على اتصال بالمقررين الخاصين المعنيين وبرؤساء مختلف الأفرقة العاملة.

With regard to the thematic special rapporteurs, independent experts and special representatives, 7 of the 23 mandate-holders are women.

11. In accordance with decisions taken at its 1377th and 1393rd meetings, on 21 February and 14 August 1991, respectively, the Special Committee recommends to the General Assembly the adoption of the following draft decision:
١١ - عملا بالمقررين اللذين اتخذتهما اللجنــة الخاصة في جلستيهــا ٧٧٣١ و ٣٩٣١ المعقودتيــن في ١٢ شباط/فبراير و ٤١ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩١ على التوالي، توصي اللجنة الخاصة الجمعية العامة باعتماد مشروع المقرر التالي:

15. In accordance with decisions taken at its 1398th and 1407th meetings, on 5 February and 28 July 1992, respectively, the Special Committee recommends to the General Assembly the adoption of the following draft resolution:
