In addition, it is proposed that the President be paid an allowance of $25,000 per annum in line with the practice at the International Court of Justice, whose President has been entitled to this amount since 1 January 2011 in keeping with the decision adopted by the General Assembly in paragraph 6 of its resolution 65/258.
