وبعد الانتهاء من اﻹجراءات الكتابية، المطلوب من المحكمة، وفقا للائحتها وللقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية، أن تنعقد في عام ١٩٩٩ من أجل المداولات أو الجلسات على النحو التالي:

In that regard, I might recall a provision in the Resolution concerning the Internal judicial practice of the Court (1976), which in its article 1 states:
وفي ذلك الصدد، أود أن أذكر ببند في القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة (1976)، الذي ينص في المادة 1 على ما يلي:

(c) Initial deliberations after oral proceedings under article 5 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 15 days;
(ج) المداولات الأولية التي تعقب المرافعات الشفوية وفقا للمادة 5 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 15 يوما؛

(d) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 7 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 14 days;
(د) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادة 7 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 14 يوما.

(e) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 11 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 14 days;
(هـ) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادة 11 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 14 يوما؛
