VII. Promotion of thematic mandates
سابعا - النهوض بالولايات المواضيعية

They examine, review and publicly report on major phenomena of human rights violations throughout the world (known as thematic mandates) or on human rights situations in specific countries or territories (country mandates).
ويجري عن طريق هذه اﻹجراءات دراسة الظواهر الرئيسية لانتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أنحاء العالم )وهي ما يعرف بالولايات المواضيعية(، أو حالات حقوق اﻹنسان في بلدان أو أقاليم محددة )الولايات القطرية( واستعراضها كتابة التقارير العلنية عنها.
