Various implementation and coordination bodies have been established, such as the ICRC-chaired Working Group on Missing Persons, the Expert Group on Exhumations and Missing Persons, the Joint Forensic Expert Commission on Exhumation, and the International Commission on Missing Persons in the Former Yugoslavia.

At the same meeting, the High Commissioner reiterated his earlier request that cooperation be extended to the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights and the Commission's expert responsible for the special process dealing with Missing Persons in the territory of the former Yugoslavia.

١٠ - ولا تزال حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية ترفض اﻹذن بزيارة يقوم بها خبير من أعضاء الفريق العامل المعني بحالات الاختفاء القسري أو اللاإرادي، يتولى أمر العملية المتعلقة باﻷشخاص المفقودين في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة، هو السيد مانفريد نواك.

3. At the same session the expert member of the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances in charge of the special process on Missing Persons in the former Yugoslavia, Mr. Manfred Nowak, resigned, and the mandate for the expert's activities was terminated.

21. The provision under this heading ($20,600) relate to research work on the files of ICRC undertaken by the Committee on Missing Persons in Cyprus.

151. In their 31 July 1997 agreement, the two leaders also requested the Secretary-General of the United Nations to appoint a new third member of the CMP in order to expedite the conclusion of the Committee’s work.
