The United Kingdom clearly fully supports the statement already made earlier on behalf of the EU by Ambassador Petritsch, but we thank you for this opportunity to present our views on behalf of the British Government on the topic of this week's thematic discussions, the prevention of an arms race in outer space, and I digress at this point to make it quite clear that Ambassador Duncan had to leave to go outside Switzerland.
