(e) A decision to apply to ONUMOZ the special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, as detailed in paragraphs 10 to 12 of the present report.
)ﻫ( اتخاذ قرار بأن تطبق على عملية اﻷمم المتحدة في موزامبيق الترتيبات الخاصة المتعلقة بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، كما وردت تفصيلا في الفقرات من ١ إلى ١٢ من هذا التقرير.

12. Accordingly, it is proposed that special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations similar to those contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 52/240 of 26 June 1998 be applied to the Military Observer Group, as follows:
١٢ - وبالتالي، يقترح تطبيق ترتيبات خاصة فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي على فريق المراقبين العسكريين، مماثلة لتلك الترتيبات الواردة في مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٢/٢٤٠ المؤرخ ٢٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، على النحو التالي:

24. Accordingly, it is proposed that special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations similar to those contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 50/210 of 23 December 1995 related to UNOMIL be applied to UNAMIR as follows:
فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي على غرار الترتيبات الواردة في مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢١٠ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ المتعلق ببعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا، وذلك على النحو التالي:

7. Approves, on an exceptional basis, the special arrangements for the Force with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the Force shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as set out in the annex to the present resolution;
٧ - توافق، على سبيل الاستثناء، على الترتيبات الخاصة للقوة فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، التي تقضي بأن تظل الاعتمادات المطلوبة فيما يتصل بالالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات المساهمة في القوة بوحدات و/أو بدعم سوقي مفتوحة إلى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو المبين في مرفق هذا القرار؛

" Approves the following special arrangements for the United Nations Emergency Force and the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force in regard to the application of article IV of the United Nations Financial Regulations, whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the Forces shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4:
" تقر الترتيبات الخاصة التالية لقوة الطوارئ التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة وقوة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة فض الاشتباك فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، التي يحتفظ بمقتضاها بالاعتمادات المطلوبة مقابل الالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات المساهمة بقوات و/أو بدعم سوقي للقوتين، الى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي:

Accordingly, it is proposed that special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations similar to those contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 50/211 B of 7 June 1996 related to the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR) be applied to ONUMOZ, as follows:
١٢- وبناء عليه، من المقترح أن تطبق على عملية اﻷمم المتحدة في موزامبيق ترتيبات خاصة فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي على غرار الترتيبات الواردة في مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢١١ باء المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦ والمتعلق ببعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا وذلك على النحو التالي:
