4. Each State Party shall designate one or more national points of contact to exchange information on matters related to the implementation of this Treaty.
4 - تعين كل دولة طرف جهة اتصال وطنية أو أكثر لتبادل المعلومات بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة.

(d) Addressing and receiving communications on behalf of the Organization relating to the implementation of this Treaty.
)د( توجيه الرسائل وتلقيها باسم المنظمة فيما يتصل بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة.

5. States Parties shall designate one or more national points of contact to facilitate cooperation and information exchange between States Parties, and to act as a liaison on all matters relating to the implementation of this Treaty.
5 - تعيِّن الدول الأطراف جهة اتصال وطنية واحدة أو اثنتين لتيسير التعاون وتبادل المعلومات بين الدول الأطراف، ولتكونا بمثابة حلقة الوصل في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة.

3. States Parties may pursue, by mutual consent, arbitration to settle any dispute between them, regarding issues concerning the implementation of this Treaty.
3 - يجوز للدول الأطراف أن تسعى، بالتراضي، إلى طلب التحكيم لتسوية أي خلاف ينشأ بينها بشأن القضايا المتعلقة بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة.

6. Each State party, during the implementation of this Treaty, is encouraged to maintain consultation with other States parties, the Implementation Support Unit and other relevant stakeholders, and to share information regarding the implementation of this Treaty as well as best practices, as confidence-building measures.
6 - تُشجَّع كل دولةٍ طرف، في إطار تنفيذها لهذه المعاهدة، على المشاركة في المشاورات مع الدول الأطراف الأخرى ومع وحدة دعم التنفيذ وسائر الجهات المعنية، وعلى تبادل المعلومات فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة فضلا عن أفضل الممارسات، وذلك كتدبير من تدابير بناء الثقة.
