Each State Party shall consider incorporating into its domestic legal system appropriate measures to provide protection against any unjustified treatment for any person who reports in good faith and on reasonable grounds to the competent authorities any facts concerning offences covered by this Convention.
تنظر كل دولة طرف في أن تُدخل في صلب نظامها القانوني الداخلي تدابير مناسبة لتوفير الحماية من أي معاملة لا مسوّغ لها لأي شخص يقوم، بحسن نيّة ولأسباب وجيهة، بابلاغ السلطات المختصة بأي وقائع تتعلق بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

(ii) The introduction of the possibility of disqualifying by court order or any appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from acting as directors of legal persons incorporated within their jurisdiction;
`2` استحداث امكانية القيام، بواسطة أمر صادر عن محكمة أو أية وسيلة أخرى مناسبة، باسقاط أهلية الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المنشأة ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية وذلك لفترة زمنية معقولة؛

(ii) The introduction of the possibility of disqualifying by court order or any appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from acting as directors of legal persons incorporated within their jurisdiction;
`2` استحداث إمكانية القيام، بأمر صادر عن محكمة أو أية وسيلة أخرى مناسبة، ولفترة زمنية معقولة، بإسقاط أهلية الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المنشأة ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية؛

A person who is being detained or is serving a sentence in the territory of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of identification, testimony or otherwise providing assistance in obtaining evidence for investigations, prosecutions or judicial proceedings in relation to offences covered by this Convention may be transferred if the following conditions are met:
10- يجوز نقل أي شخص محتجز أو يقضي عقوبته في اقليم دولة طرف ومطلوب وجوده في دولة طرف أخرى لأغراض التعرف أو الادلاء بشهادة أو تقديم مساعدة أخرى في الحصول على أدلة من أجل تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو اجراءات قضائية تتعلق بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية اذا استوفي الشرطان التاليان:

6. States Parties shall consider the possibility of disqualifying by court order or any appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from acting as directors of legal persons incorporated within their jurisdiction and the establishment of national records of persons thus disqualified from acting as directors of legal persons.
6- تنظر الدول الأطراف في إمكانية إسقاط الأهلية، بأمر قضائي أو بأي وسيلة مناسبة لفترة زمنية معقولة، عن الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المؤسَّسة داخل ولاياتها القضائية، وفي إنشاء سجل وطني بالأشخاص الذين أُسقطت أهليتهم للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية.

6. States Parties shall consider the possibility of disqualifying by court order or other appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from holding any office and from being elected to any office and the establishment of national records of persons thus disqualified.
6- تنظر الدول الأطراف في امكانية إسقاط الأهلية، بأمر قضائي أو بأي وسيلة مناسبة لفترة زمنية معقولة، عن الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية لشغل أي منصب وللترشح لأي منصب، وفي إنشاء سجل وطني بالأشخاص الذين أُسقطت أهليتهم على هذا النحو.

1. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures within its means to provide effective protection from potential retaliation or intimidation for witnesses and experts in criminal proceedings who give testimony concerning offences covered by this Convention and, as appropriate, for their relatives and other persons close to them.
1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف، ضمن حدود إمكانياتها، ما يلزم من تدابير لتوفير حماية فعّالة للشهود والخبراء في الإجراءات الجنائية الذين يُدْلون بشهادة تتعلق بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، وكذلك لأقاربهم وسائر الأشخاص الوثيقي الصلة بهم عند الاقتضاء، من أي انتقام أو ترهيب محتمل.()

7. (a) Where warranted by the gravity of the offence, each State Party shall consider the possibility of disqualifying, by court order or any other appropriate means, for a reasonable period of time, persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from:
7- (أ) تنظر كل دولة طرف، حينما تسوّغ لها جسامة الجرم ذلك، في امكانية اسقاط الأهلية، بأمر قضائي أو بأي و سيلة مناسبة أخرى، لفترة زمنية معقولة،() عن الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، للقيام بما يلي:

1. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures in accordance with its domestic legal system and within its means to provide effective protection from retaliation or potential intimidation for witnesses and experts who give testimony concerning offences covered by this Convention and, as appropriate, for their relatives and other persons close to them.
1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير مناسبة وفقا لنظامها القانوني الداخلي، وضمن حدود إمكانياتها، لتوفير حماية فعّالة للشهود والخبراء الذين يُدْلون بشهادة تتعلق بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، وكذلك لأقاربهم وسائر الأشخاص الوثيقي الصلة بهم عند الاقتضاء، من أي انتقام أو ترهيب محتمل.
