A Party included in Annex I shall not account for emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from activities under Article 3.4, if these are already accounted for under Article 3.3.

8- وينبغي تصميم وتطبيق النظم الوطنية من أجل دعم الامتثال للالتزامات الناشئة عن بروتوكول كيوتو فيما يتصل بتقدير انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع.

Accounting of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3.3 and 3.4, shall begin with the onset of the activity or the beginning of the commitment period, whichever comes later.
18- ويبدأ حساب انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناجمة عن أنشطة استخدام الأرض وتغيير استخدام الأرض والحراجة بموجب الفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 3، اعتباراً من بدء النشاط أو بداية فترة الالتزام، أيهما أبعد.

The Party concerned has failed to submit an annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, including the national inventory report and the common reporting format within six weeks of the submission date established by the Conference of the Parties;
(أ) أخفق الطرف المعني في تقديم تقرير جرد سنوي للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناشئة عن غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال، بما في ذلك تقرير الجرد السنوي الوطني ونموذج الإبلاغ الموحد، في غضون ستة أسابيع من تاريخ التقديم الذي يحدده مؤتمر الأطراف؛

(c) The implementation of a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks in accordance with the guidelines set out in decision /CP.6;

[Each Annex I Party shall include in the greenhouse gas inventory information on the net changes in greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from afforestation, reforestation and deforestation in the base year and commitment years.]

Failed to submit an inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks within 60 days of the submission due-date; or
(أ) تخلف عن تقديم قائمة جرد للانبعاثات البشرية المصدر بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع وذلك في غضون 60 يوما من الموعد المقرر لتقديمها؛ أو

The Party concerned has failed to submit an annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, including the national inventory report and the common reporting format, within six weeks of the submission date established by the Conference of the Parties;
(أ) أخفق الطرف المعني في تقديم تقرير جرد سنوي للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناشئة عن غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال، بما في ذلك تقرير الجرد السنوي الوطني ونموذج الإبلاغ الموحد، في غضون ستة أسابيع من تاريخ التقديم الذي يحدده مؤتمر الأطراف؛

(a) The MRV of greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks and the reporting of required information to the UNFCCC secretariat.

48- يكون لكل طرف من البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة، ولكل طرف من البلدان الأطراف النامية التي لديها أهداف تتعلق بكثافة انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، نظام وطني لتقدير انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع.

All Parties, except for the least developed countries and small island developing States, shall develop and regularly update and submit a national inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of all gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
36- تقوم جميع الأطراف، عدا أقل البلدان نمواً والدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، بوضع قوائم جرد وطنية للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع فيما يتعلق بكل غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال، وتحديث هذه القوائم وتقديمها دورياً.

Each Party that has its GHG emission intensity targets inscribed in Annex C shall have in place, no later than one year prior to the start of the commitment period, a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of all GHGs not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
189- يكون لدى كل طرف له أهداف متعلقة بكثافة انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، ومدرجة في المرفق جيم، في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة قبل بداية فترة الالتزام، نظام وطني لتقدير الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع فيما يتعلق بكل غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال.
