المادة 3 - " الناخبون هم جميع المواطنين الملغاشيين دون تمييز بسبب نوع الجنس، ممن بلغوا سن 18 سنة كاملة في تاريخ الاقتراع، وممن يقيمون في الإقليم الوطني ويتمتعون بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية.

The electorate consists of all Senegalese people who are in possession of their civil and political rights, are registered on the electoral roll and are not disqualified on any of the grounds stated by law.
وتضم هيئة الناخبين جميع السنغاليين المتمتعين بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية المدرجين في القوائم الانتخابية وغير الفاقدين للأهلية للأسباب التي ينص عليها القانون.

78. Article 33 of the Constitution provides that all Ivorian nationals of both sexes aged at least 18 may vote and enjoy their civil and political rights.
78- تنص المادة 33 من الدستور أعلاه أن الناخبين هم جميع المواطنين من الجنسين، الذين لا تقل أعمارهم عن 18 سنة والذين يتمتعون بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية.

33. Article 76 of the Constitution of the Republic states that the electorate consists of all citizens entitled to vote, namely Salvadoran citizens over 18 years of age who are entered on the electoral register and fully entitled to their civil and political rights.
33- تنص المادة 76 من دستور الجمهورية على أن جمهور الناخبين يتألَّف من جميع المواطنين الذين يحق لهم الاقتراع، أي المواطنين السلفادوريين الذين تتجاوز أعمارهم الثامنة عشرة المسجَّلين في السجل الانتخابي والذين لهم كامل الأهلية للتمتع بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية.

76. Article 76 of the Constitution of the Republic states that the electorate consists of all citizens entitled to vote, namely Salvadoran citizens over 18 years of age who are entered on the electoral roll and fully entitled to their civil and political rights.
76- وتنصّ المادة 76 من دستور الجمهورية على أن جمهور الناخبين يتألّف من جميع المواطنين الذين يحق لهم الاقتراع، وهم المواطنون السلفادوريون الذين تتجاوز أعمارهم الثامنة عشرة المسجَّلون في القوائم الانتخابية والذين لهم كامل أهلية التمتع بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية.

Article 2 of the said law states that: " All Malagasy citizens of either sex, being of the full age of 18 years on the date of the poll, resident in Madagascar and in full possession of their civil and political rights, may vote. "
247 - والمادة 2 من هذا القانون توضح أن: " الناخبين هم جميع المواطنين الملغاشيين دون تمييز بسبب نوع الجنس، ممن بلغوا سن 18 سنة كاملة في تاريخ الاقتراع، وممن يقيمون في الإقليم الوطني مع تمتعهم بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية " .

142. Limitations on voting rights are applicable only to aliens, minors less than 18 years old on the date of the vote, the mentally ill as determined by their health, and criminals who are not in possession of their civil and political rights, either temporarily or permanently.
142- وهناك قيود مفروضة على حقوق التصويت مطبقة على الأجانب دون سواهم وعلى القصر الذين تقل أعمارهم عن ثمانية عشر عاماً في تاريخ التصويت، والمرضى عقلياً بحكم ظروفهم الصحية، والمجرمين الذين لا يتمتعون بصورة مؤقتة أو بصورة دائمة بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية.

The Committee also reiterated its recommendation No. 27 (2000), that the State party should continue to endeavour to combat prejudices against Roma, and to ensure that all Roma have access to personal documents necessary for them to enjoy their civil and political rights, as well as their economic, social and cultural rights.
وكررت اللجنة أيضاً تأكيد توصيتها رقم 27(2000) بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف مساعيها من أجل القضاء على أوجه التحيز ضد أفراد الروما، وأن تضمن لأفراد هذه الجماعة الحصول على الوثائق الشخصية الضرورية للتمتع بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية وكذلك حقوقهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

11. Seen in objective terms, extreme poverty denotes a situation where an individual, family or group of people have no access to basic commodities and services, are unable to obtain essential food supplies enabling them to live, have no access to clean drinking water, lack access to healthcare and housing, are unable to exercise their civil and political rights and are denied their rights to education and culture.
11- ويتمثل الفقر المدقع، من منظور موضوعي، في عدم تمكن الفرد والأسرة والمجموعة البشرية من التمتع بالممتلكات والخدمات الأساسية ومن الحصول على غذاء كاف يمكنهم من العيش ومن شرب الماء النظيف والصالح للشرب ومن توفر الشروط المناسبة للحصول على الرعاية الصحية وعلى المسكن ومن التمتع بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية ومن الحصول على حقوقهم في التعليم والثقافة.

Article 10, on conditions of eligibility, stipulates that " Chadians of either sex of at least 25 years of age, registered on a voting roll, enjoying their civil and political rights and residing for at least one year in Chad or having substantial ties with the commune, department or region shall be eligible for election to municipal, departmental or regional councils. "
وتنص المادة 10 المتعلقة بشروط الأهلية على أن " يتمتعَ بأهلية الترشح لمقاعد المجلس البلدي أو مجلس المقاطعة أو المجلس الإقليمي المواطنون التشاديون من الجنسين البالغون من العمر خمسة وعشرين سنة فما فوق والمسجلون على القائمة الانتخابية والمتمتعون بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية والمقيمون منذ ما لا يقل عن سنة في الإقليم الوطني أو تربطهم صلات معروفة بالمحافظة أو المقاطعة أو الإقليم " .
