It stated that none of the recommendations made by the Human Rights Committee, the Committee against Torture, the Committee on the rights of migrant workers or the other treaty bodies had been taken into account.

The Committee also encourages the State party to ensure that migrant workers themselves or their representative bodies are involved in the formulation and implementation of all its policies on migrant workers' rights.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً على ضمان مشاركة العمال المهاجرين أنفسهم أو الهيئات الممثلة لهم في صياغة وتنفيذ جميع سياساتها المتعلقة بحقوق العمال المهاجرين.

As already noted, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families has established international standards regarding the rights of undocumented migrant workers.
