Further to my letter of 21 May 1997 concerning fresh incursions into the territory of the Republic of Iraq by Turkish armed forces (S/1997/391, annex), I should like to inform you that the Turkish aerial violations have been continuing.
إلحاقا برسالتي الموجهة إليكم في ٢١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٧ حول عمليات الغزو الجديد الذي قامت به القــوات المسلحــة التركيــة ﻷراضي جمهورية العراق، أود إعلامكم باستمرار الخروقات الجوية التركية وكما يلي:

Further to my letter dated 21 February 1999 addressed to you (S/1999/196, annex), I should like to call your attention to the fact that on 7 April 1999 units of the Turkish armed forces carried out a fresh incursion into northern Iraq.
إلحاقا برسالتي الموجهة إليكم بتاريخ ٢١ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٩. أود أن الفت أنظار سيادتكم إلى قيام وحدات من القوات المسلحة التركية بتاريخ ٧ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٩ بغزو جديد ﻷراضي شمالي العراق.

Further to my letter of 31 May 1998, I wish to draw your attention to the fact that the Turkish armed forces are continuing their incursions into the territory of Iraq which began on 22 May 1998, as indicated below:

Further to my letter of 11 September 1996 addressed to you (A/51/349-S/1996/742, annex), I should like to inform you that the United States is continuing its policy of aggression against Iraq.

Further to my letter dated 16 April 1999 addressed to you (S/1999/441, annex), I should like to call your attention to the fact that Turkish armed forces are continuing with the incursion into northern Iraq that they began on 6 April 1999.
إلحاقا برسالتي الموجهة إليكم في ١٦ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٩. أود أن ألفت أنظار سيادتكم إلى قيام القوات المسلحة التركية بمواصلة غزوها ﻷراضي شمالي العراق الذي بدأته بتاريخ ٦ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٩ وقامت بالتوغل إلى أعماق مختلفة وبإسناد من الطائرات السمتية والمقاتلة ومن المدفعية وكما يأتي:

Following my letter to you of 17 March 1997, I wish to inform you that Israel, the occupying Power, has today, 18 March, begun the actual work for construction of a new settlement in the Jabal Abu Ghneim area to the south of occupied East Jerusalem.

Further to my letter to you of 5 May 1999 attaching the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 29 April 1999 on the difference relating to immunity from legal process of a Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights, I have the honour to bring the following to your attention.

Further to my letter of 13 June 1998 (S/1998/509), I wish to draw your attention to the fact that the Turkish armed forces have today, 9 November 1998, made a fresh incursion into Iraqi territory.
إلحاقا برسالتي الموجهة إليكم بتاريخ ٢١ حزيران/يونيه ٨٩٩١ )الوثيقة S/1998/509(، نود أن نلفت أنظار سيادتكم إلى قيام القوات المسلحة التركية بعملية غزو جديدة ﻷراضي جمهورية العراق، والتي بدأتها يوم ٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٨٩٩١.

As detailed in the note accompanying my letter to the President of the Security Council (S/2007/725), beyond the letters of credit still outstanding as described above, the Secretariat had identified certain beneficiaries who had made claims of delivery prior to the expiry of the letter of credit and whose letters of credit had been cancelled.
وكما هو مبين بتفصيل في المذكرة المرفقة برسالتي الموجهة إلى رئيس مجلس الأمن (S/2007/725)، إضافة إلى خطابات الاعتماد التي ما زالت مستحقة كما هو مبين أعلاه، حددت الأمانة العامة بعض المستفيدين الذين قدموا مطالبات توريد قبل انتهاء أجل خطاب الاعتماد وأُلغيت خطابات الاعتماد الخاصة بهم.

55. In paragraph 18 of the note accompanying my letter to the President of the Security Council dated 25 July 2008 (S/2008/492), reference was made to certain alternatives for purposes of concluding all outstanding issues under the programme which had been considered by the Working Group at the meetings held in Amman in June 2008.
