17. During the reporting period, Bernard Munyagishari was physically transferred to Rwanda on 24 July 2013 following the Appeals Chamber's affirmation of the referral order. His case is now in pretrial proceedings before the Rwandan courts.

4. In the previous reporting period, the Tribunal had referred the second case of an accused in its custody (Bernard Munyagishari) to Rwanda for trial.
4 - وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير السابق، أحالت المحكمة القضية الثانية لأحد المتهمين المحتجزين لديها (برنار مونياغيشاري) إلى جمهورية رواندا لمحاكمته هناك.

As is further detailed in paragraph 16, a decision on the 3 October 2011 request for referral to Rwanda in the case against Bernard Munyagishari, who was arrested during the reporting period, is also expected after the Uwinkindi appeal is decided.
وكما ورد بمزيد من التفصيل في الفقرة 16، يتوقع أيضًا بعد البت في استئناف قضية أوينكيندي، صدور قرار بشأن الطلب المؤرخ 3 تشرين الأول /أكتوبر 2011، لإحالة القضية المرفوعة ضد برنار مونياغيشاري الذي ألقي القبض عليه خلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير إلى رواندا.

Following the arrest of the fugitive Bernard Munyagishari on 25 May 2011 by the authorities of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in cooperation with officers of the tracking team of the Office of the Prosecutor, the Prosecutor is confident that the continued cooperation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo will facilitate the arrest of the majority of the fugitives who are still in that territory.
