The seventh workshop on Regional Arrangements for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in the Asian and Pacific Region held in New Delhi from 16 to 18 February 1999 recommended that the following activities be organized under the Regional Technical Cooperation Programme during the period 1999-2000:

The Workshop reviewed the four pillars under the Framework of Regional Technical Cooperation Programme for Asia and the Pacific (Tehran Framework) adopted in 1998, recent regional and subregional human rights initiatives as well as future directions for the Asia-Pacific Regional Framework.
وقد استعرضت حلقـة العمـل الدعائم الأربـع المدرجـة في إطار برنامج التعاون التقني الإقليمي لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ (إطار طهران) المعتمد في عام 1998، والمبادرات التي اتُخذت مؤخراً بشأن حقوق الإنسان على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي، وكذلك التوجهات المقبلة للإطار الإقليمي لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ.
