The objectives of the National Space Programme are as follows:
وفيما يلي أهداف برنامج الفضاء الوطني في بيلاروس:

Implementation stages and structure The first stage of implementation of the National Space Programme covers the period 2008-2012.
تمتد المرحلة الأولى من تنفيذ برنامج الفضاء الوطني من عام 2008 إلى عام 2012.

The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is the coordinator of the National Space Programme.
وتتولى أكاديمية العلوم الوطنية في بيلاروس تنسيق برنامج الفضاء الوطني.

The policy of peaceful exploration and use of outer space fully meets the national interests of Belarus and is implemented in the National Space Programme.
وتتَّفق سياسة استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية تماما مع مصالح بيلاروس الوطنية وهي تُنفَّذ في إطار برنامج الفضاء الوطني الخاص بها.

4. The ASAL programme for 2004 set out the dimensions of NSP over a 10-year timescale.

2. The National Space Programme (NSP) is implemented through the work of national scientific and technical institutions such as universities, research centres, laboratories and institutes.

9. The National Space Programme encompasses the main space activities of the country.
٩ - يشمل برنامج الفضاء الوطني اﻷنشطة الفضائية الرئيسية للبلد .

1. The concept and implementation of the National Space Programme
1- مفهوم برنامج الفضاء الوطني وتنفيذه

The activities provided for in the National Space Programme correspond with the State interests of the Republic of Belarus and are in line with global tendencies of State support in the areas of space research, space development and space technologies.
تتطابق الأنشطة الواردة في برنامج الفضاء الوطني مع مصالح الدولة في جمهورية بيلاروس وتتوافق مع التوجهات العالمية المتمثلة في توفير الدعم الحكومي في مجالات البحوث الفضائية والتنمية الفضائية والتكنولوجيات الفضائية.

Implementation of the National Space Programme will lead to systematic development of the Belarusian space system for remote sensing of the Earth, that together with the launch of the Belarusian remote sensing satellite, could increase the number of consumers of space information in the country and abroad.
سوف يؤدي تنفيذ برنامج الفضاء الوطني إلى التطوير المنهجي لمنظومة الفضاء في بيلاروس لاستشعار الأرض عن بُعد، ويمكن لهذا، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق ساتل الاستشعار عن بُعد البيلاروسي، أن يزيد من عدد المستفيدين من المعلومات الفضائية في الداخل والخارج.

The activities under the National Space Programme are based on 11 targeted subprogrammes conducted by governmental agencies and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and on joint scientific and technical space programmes and projects undertaken by Belarus and the Russian Federation.
وتستند الأنشطة المدرجة في برنامج الفضاء الوطني إلى 11 برنامجا فرعيا محدد الهدف تنفذها الهيئات الحكومية والأكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم في بيلاروس، وإلى البرامج والمشاريع الفضائية العلمية والتقنية المشتركة التي تضطلع بها بيلاروس والاتحاد الروسي.

III. National Space Programme
ثالثا - برنامج الفضاء الوطني

13. One of the most significant objectives of the National Space Programme is the development, under the auspices of the United Nations, of a national centre for research and education in space science and technology.
٣١ - ويتمثل أحد أهداف برنامج الفضاء الوطني البالغة اﻷهمية في انشاء مركز وطني للبحوث والتعليم في مجال علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء ، تحت رعاية اﻷمم المتحدة .

The National Space Programme for 2013-2017, which provided for the launch of new satellites, would focus on space applications for environmental protection, rational land use, disaster management, national security and development of international cooperation in the field.
وقال،ذكر أإن برنامج الفضاء الوطني للفترة 2013-2017، الذي ينص علىيتيح إطلاق سواتل جديدة، سيركز على استخدام التطبيقات الفضائية بغية في حماية البيئة، وترشيد الإستخدام الرشيد اللأراضي، وإدارة الكوارث، وتحقيق الأمن الوطني، وتطوير التعاون الدولي في هذا المجال.

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 278 of 14 June 2007 the Belarusian Space System for remote sensing of the Earth is being implemented, and the National Space Programme of the Republic of Belarus for exploration and use of space for peaceful purposes for the period 2008-2012 has been developed.

The main goal of the National Space Programme is the development and effective utilization of the scientific and technical capabilities of Belarus, with a view to creating space resources and technologies that will provide solutions for socioeconomic issues, in the interests of the economy, national security and improved science and education in Belarus.
الغاية الرئيسية من برنامج الفضاء الوطني هي تطوير قدرات بيلاروس العلمية والتقنية واستغلالها الفعال بغية تهيئة الموارد والتكنولوجيات الفضائية التي توفر حلولا للمسائل الاجتماعية-الاقتصادية، لصالح الاقتصاد والأمن القومي والنهوض بالعلم والتعليم في بيلاروس.

The achievements of the Belarusian space sector are the result of activities carried out under the National Programme for the Exploration and Use of Space for Peaceful Purposes (National Space Programme) for 2008-2012.
وتأتي إنجازات قطاع الفضاء البيلاروسي نتيجة للأنشطة المضطلع بها في إطار البرنامج الوطني لاستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية (برنامج الفضاء الوطني) للفترة 2008-2012.

(b) Oil and mining resources: the use of Earth observation satellites at various spatial and spectral resolutions should facilitate more accurate assessment, monitoring and control of the potential oil and mining resources of the country, which is the aim of NSP in that field;
