Having considered the status report of the Executive Director on the establishment of a regional seas programme for the East Central Pacific,42
وقد نظر في تقرير المدير التنفيذي عن حالة وضع برنامج بحار إقليمية لمنطقة شرق وسط المحيط الهادئ)٤٢(،

1. Endorses the actions taken thus far in facilitating the establishment of a proposed regional seas programme for the East Central Pacific region, and takes note of the wide support by the concerned Governments for the draft Action Plan and corresponding legal instrument;
١ - يؤيﱢد اﻹجراءات التي اتخذت حتى اﻵن لتيسير وضع برنامج بحار إقليمية مقترح لمنطقة شرق وسط المحيط الهادئ، ويحيط علما بالدعم واسع النطاق من الحكومات المعنية لمشروع خطة العمل والصك القانوني النظير؛

The main outputs and outcomes expected from the programme are further strengthening of the individual regional seas programmes and the implementation of the global strategic directions leading to a more efficient regional seas programme and a global alliance of regional seas programmes aiming at the protection and sustainable management of the marine and coastal environments.
67 - تتمثل النواتج والمخرجات الرئيسية المتوقعة من البرنامج في مواصلة تعزيز فرادى برامج البحار الإقليمية وتنفيذ الاتجاهات الاستراتيجية العالمية المفضية إلى قيام برنامج بحار إقليمية أكفأ وتحالف عالمي لبرامج البحار الإقليمية الرامية إلى حماية البيئات البحرية والساحلية وإدارتها المستدامة.
