ومن أمثلة ما ذكر آنفا، من المهم إبراز الاقتراح المقدم في مؤتمر نزع السلاح من ٢٨ وفدا من أعضاء مجموعة اﻟ ٢١، بما في ذلك كوبا، بخصوص وضع برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية.

It was against that background that Sri Lanka decided, together with 27 other members of the Conference on Disarmament belonging to the Group of 21, to call for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons.

In this respect, we wish to reiterate our support for the Proposal for a programme of action for the elimination of Nuclear Weapons presented to the Conference on Disarmament in 1996 by the Group of 21.

The most significant concrete proposal was that of 28 delegations to the Conference on Disarmament that are members of the Group of 21 for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons, contained in document A/C.1/51/12 of 24 October 1996.
وأهم اقتراح ملموس كان ذلك الاقتراح المقدم إلى مؤتمر نزع السلاح من ٢٨ وفدا، هي أيضا أعضاء في مجموعة اﻟ ٢١، لوضع برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية، ويرد الاقتراح في الوثيقة A/C.1/51/12، المؤرخة ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/ اكتوبر ١٩٩٦.

We have, along with other non—aligned and other developing countries, submitted a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons (CD/1419).
وقد قدمنا بالاشتراك مع بعض بلدان عدم الانحياز والبلدان النامية اﻷخرى برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية (CD/1419).

6. Urges the Conference on Disarmament to take into account in this regard the proposal of the twenty-eight delegations for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons;
٦ - تحث مؤتمر نزع السلاح على أن يضع في اعتباره في هذا الصدد اقتراح الوفود الثمانية والعشرين بشأن وضع برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية؛

In this context, we welcome and fully support the proposal of 28 delegations that are members of the CD for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons, contained in document CD/1419 of 7 August 1996.
وفي هذا السياق، نرحب ونؤيد تأييداً كاملاً اقتراح الوفود الثمانية والعشرين اﻷعضاء في مؤتمر نزع السلاح من أجل وضع برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية، الوارد في الوثيقة CD/1419 المؤرخة في ٧ آب/أغسطس ٦٩٩١.

In this vein Egypt, as coordinator of the Group of 21 in the Conference on Disarmament, submitted in August 1996, on behalf of 28 of its members, a proposal for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons.
وعلـــى هذا اﻷســاس، فإن مصر بوصفها منسقة مجموعــة اﻟ ٢١ في مؤتمــر نزع الســلاح، قامت في آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٦، وباسم ٢٨ عضوا من أعضائها، بتقديـــم اقتراح لوضـــع برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية.

To this end, India has recently supported a proposal, containing the programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons within a finite time-frame, presented to the Conference on Disarmament by the overwhelming majority of non-aligned and neutral countries members of the Conference.
وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف، أيدت الهند مؤخرا مقترحا، يتضمن برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية، ضمن إطار زمني محدد، وقدمته إلى مؤتمر نزع السلاح اﻷغلبية الساحقــــة من بلدان عدم الانحياز والبلدان المحايدة اﻷعضاء في المؤتمر.

We have joined with 27 other members of the Group of 21 to sponsor a proposal in the Conference on Disarmament outlining a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons.
وقد انضممنا إلى أعضاء آخرين عددهم سبعة وعشرون في " فريق اﻟ ٢١ " للمشاركة في تقديم اقتراح في مؤتمر نزع السلاح يتضمن برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية.

In that regard, my country fully supported the proposals alluded to by previous speakers which were made in Geneva on 7 August 1996 by 28 member States of the Conference on Disarmament for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons.
وفي هذا الصدد، يؤيــد وفــدي تأييــدا كامــلا المقترحــات التي أشار إليها المتكلمون الذين سبقوني والتي قدمتها في جنيف في ٧ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٦، ٢٨ دولة عضوا في مؤتمر نزع السلاح بشأن برنامج عمل ﻹزالة اﻷسلحة النووية.

In view of the foregoing, the delegation of Mexico, along with 27 other delegations, submitted to the Conference on Disarmament on 8 August 1996 a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons in three phases, with a view to the consolidation of a nuclear-weapon-free world in the year 2020.

7. Urges the Conference on Disarmament to take into account in this regard the proposal of the twenty-eight delegations for a programme of action for the elimination of nuclear weapons, as well as the mandate for the ad hoc committee on nuclear disarmament, proposed by the twenty-six delegations;
