15. the Montevideo Programme III comprises the following 20 programme areas in the following three parts: :

Number of new initiatives towards the development and strengthening of international environmental legal regimes and instruments in areas of Montevideo Programme III.
عدد من المبادرات الجديدة إزاء وضع وتدعيم النظم والصكوك القانونية البيئية الدولية في مجالات برنامج مونتفيديو الثالث.

To date, over 200 partnerships have been established aton the global, regional and national levels and almost all of the activities in the Montevideo Programme III have been implemented in collaboration with thoese partners.
وحتى الآن أقيمت أكثر من 200 شراكة على المستويات العالمية والإقليمية والوطنية ونفذت جميع نشاطات برنامج مونتفيديو الثالث تقريباً في تعاون مع هؤلاء الشركاء.

The scope of the study has been adjusted to respond to the need expressed in the Montevideo Programme III and at the World Summit on Sustainable Development WSSD to consider the legal aspects of sustainable production and consumption patterns.

While UNEP is continuing to promote the development, codification and implementation of environmental law at the national, regional and global levels, the Montevideo Programme III is expected to further strengthen UNEP's environmental law programme, containing components addressing:

(ii) Ad hoc expert groups: meetings of the Ad hoc Advisory Committee of Judges within the framework of the Montevideo Programme III (2);

3. UNEP has carried out significant activities with respect to each of the 20 programme areas in the the Montevideo Programme III over the past five years.
3 - وقد اضطلع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة بنشاطات بارزة فيما يتعلق بكل مجال برنامجي من المجالات البرامجية العشرين في برنامج مونتفيديو الثالث خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية.

62. All the areas identified in the Montevideo Programme III remain of significance and should continue to be implemented in accordance with Governing Council dGC Decision 3121/23 of 9 February 2001.

64. In particular, tThe following areas described in the following subsections should be considered addressed in the further implementation of the Montevideo Programme III over during the coming five years.:

72. Considerable progress has been made during the implementation of the Montevideo Programme III towards strengthening partnerships, improving regional implementation and ensuring the prioritization of activities in the context of international responses to major environmental challenges.
72 - تحقق تقدم كبير خلال تنفيذ برنامج مونتفيديو الثالث في تعزيز الشراكات وتحسين التنفيذ الإقليمي لضمان ترتيب أولويات النشاطات في سياق الاستجابات الدولية للتحديات البيئية الرئيسية.

(iii) Ad hoc expert groups: meetings of the Ad hoc Advisory Committee of Judges within the framework of the Montevideo Programme III (2);

17. Implementation of the Montevideo Programme III has entailed reaching out to a multitude of legal stakeholders and engaging with a wide range of partners who are involved or who have the capacity to influence the development of environmental law as well as its implementation and enforcement.
