10. In his statement, the Special Rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples highlighted the work of the Expert Mechanism in developing expert thinking and practical guidance on the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Recalling its resolution 47/135 of 18 December 1992 on the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities, and bearing in mind article 27 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as well as other relevant existing international standards and national legislation,
إذ تشير إلى قرارها 47/135 المؤرخ 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1992 بشأن الإعلان المتعلق بحقوق الأشخـاص المنتميـن إلى أقليات قومية أو عرقية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، ومع مراعاة المادة 27 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية() فضلا عن المعايير الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية القائمة ذات الصلة،

The United Nations Global Compact had released a second exposure draft of the Business Reference Guide on the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the final Guide would be released at the Forum on Business and Human Rights in December.
وأصدر الاتفاق العالمي للأمم المتحدة مشروع كشف ثان عن الدليل المرجعي للأعمال التجارية بشأن الإعلان المتعلق بحقوق الشعوب الاصلية، وسيصدر الدليل النهائي في المنتدى المعني بالأعمال التجارية وحقوق الإنسان في كانون الأول/ديسمبر.
